As you walk through the glazed front door into the sunny hall you will find the three bedrooms; one double, one twin and one very large room with three single beds, a small cottage suite and its own Television and Video/Dvd.
Returning to the hall and ascending the stairs you will find a pay phone provided on the landing.
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, and microwave oven etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found hidden away in the bathroom which is also on the first floor.
The lounge is tastefully decorated and has an electric woodburner-style fire under an ornamental canopy, a large comfortable suite and a colour television with video/DVD. The recently added conservatory affords unspoilt views of the valley and access onto the patio and garden.
Relax in these peaceful surroundings with breakfast on the patio or an evening bar-b-que. Should the weather be cooler, enjoy the comforts of full central heating. It is difficult to believe that this holiday cottage in North Devon is only 1 mile from the High Street of Barnstaple with all it's facilities.
